Our Kids Short and T-shirt Sewing Kit is the perfect partner to our free elasticated waist kids shorts pattern it comes complete with fabric and the Lee t-shirt pattern so you can make a co-ordinating t-shirt and shorts set. The kit contains everything you need to make a one short sleeve t-shirt and the longer length shorts. 

These classic patterns are a great foundation for a kids warm weather wardrobe, they are wardrobe stables that take you from school holidays and the beach to summer pyjamas and a base for dressing up clothes.

Not only are these super useful patterns but they are very quick and easy to make. Practice you sewing skills on jersey fabric and woven fabric. With an age range of 12 months to 10 years for the shorts and up to 12 years for the t-shirt pattern these patterns are likely to be well used.

This sewing kit is ideal for beginner or advanced beginner sewers.

What’s in the Kids Short and T-shirt sewing kit

This sewing kit includes a pattern, fabric, and all the materials you will need to make a short sleeve t-shirt and longer length shorts. Including jersey fabric for the t-shirt and woven cotton for the shorts. The kits are divided into 2 size options 12 months – 5 years and 6 years to 10 years.

You will find everything you need to make a t-shirt and pair of shorts. The sewing kit includes:

• Printed Lee t-shirt sewing pattern
• 60cm jersey fabric for 12m – 5yr
• 1m jersey fabric for 6yr – 10yr
• 45cm woven cotton fabric for 12m-5yr
• 90cm woven cotton fabric for 6yr-10yr
• 70cm x 25mm elastic
• 2 reels of matching thread
