The Lewis is a ladies dress and top pattern with lots of options. The dress patten has princess seams, with pockets in the side panels and optional frills. The frills come in a wide and a narrow width.
The Lewis dress pattern can be made with a button through front or a zip at the back. There are two sleeve styles a full volume 3/4 sleeve or a slim 3/4 sleeve.
The top version of this pattern features a shaped shirt hemline dipped at the back. The Lewis top can be made with or without the frills and with either sleeve option.

The Lewis dress and top sewing pattern can be made in crisp cotton fabrics such as lawn, poplin, chambray and broadcloth. It also works well in double gauze and more drapey fabrics like lyocell and viscose.
